We may moderate, hide, edit, or remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion, but have no obligation to monitor content.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and original editorial content, is owned by FootPulse or its licensors. "FootPulse" and related marks are our trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission except as allowed by these Terms.

6. Football data and third-party content

Match data, statistics, fixtures, standings, and squad information are provided by third-party providers (including API-Football) and other sources. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that such data is complete, accurate, or current; it is provided for informational purposes only. The Service may link to third-party sites we do not control.

7. Newsletters and communications

If you subscribe to a newsletter, you consent to receive those emails. We use double opt-in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (e.g., confirmation emails) are part of the Service.
